My primary focus is logo and brand development, though I'm experienced in several areas of design, such as print, websites, illustration and app design. If I'm available, I'm happy to help clients in those areas as well if requested.

For hourly projects, my rates are $65/hr for graphic design and $95/hr for web design and development. The amount of time I spend on each project varies depending on my client's specific needs. In other words, I don't have a set price for everything, but I do provide a price estimate. Also, for each project I require a 50% nonrefundable deposit before I begin any work. It's nonrefundable because the time I put into a project is time I can't get back.
I use Stripe payment services, which allow convenient online payments with either a debit or credit card. Visit my payment page. Clients can also send check by mail. However, that process takes longer to finalize and isn't recommended for time-sensitive projects. Payment details are outlined in my estimates as well.
For logos, once final payment is received, I create high-resolution files of all applicable variations. Examples of variations can include: horizontal and vertical logo arrangements, different alignment options (left, right, center), color options (color and black/white), and icon or text only. File formats can include: EPS, PDF, JPG, TIF, and PNG. I also include a comprehensive overview of all the different variations in an easy-to-reference document for my client's convenience.
For print or digital projects, I deliver print-ready, or use-ready files in either PDF, JPG, or PNG formats. Website files are stored on a hosting server and are published once final payment is received. Click here for more information on different file types and their usage.
Not at all! Though I'm located in Cleveland, Ohio, the majority of my clients are in different states. I communicate primarily through email or phone. I'd be happy to meet in person if you're located in the Cleveland area.
It's just me. When a client hires me, they work directly with me. I don't outsource my design services to any third-party or other designers.
